    question about fermenter

    hello y'all I have a strange question. Do y'all air lock your primary fermenter bucket or cover it with a cloth? I have put a nylon strainer bag over the top of the bucket to allow air in during the fermenting process. Any suggestions lol. thanks zach

    need advice lol

    Hello I started my must on 6/16, then added yeast to it on 6/17 with a s.g. rating at 1.100. Today 6/18 I stirred it and took another s.g. reading and it was at 1.072. Does this mean the yeast is doing it's thing or is there something wrong. thanks, ksvet06
