    I can certainly taste the apple in my dry apple Riesling. Is the apple in the f-pack and the concentrate? Maybe the f-pack is just simple syrup and the apple is in the concentrate.

    Does anyone besides me like the apple Riesling unsweetened? I just bottled a patch with 3# of sugar and 1/4 of the f-pack. Decided not to sweeten since I prefer dry wine. If others are indulging in my wine, and like it sweet, couldn't they sweeten just before drinking? Is there an advantage...

    Used Grape Pack for Malbec Pail

    Hi, I have a Renaissance impressions barolo kit with grape pack and a malbec Pail that I will be starting in the next few weeks. Does anyone know if it would be advisable to re-use the grape pack from the kit post primary to use in my malbec pail (For primary) to help with body etc...

    Back sweeten Any one not back sweeten when bottling? To me, it makes sense to not back sweeten until ready to serve. This way you can serve to taste etc... Any disadvantages to this approach?
