    Moscato

    Just wondering if anybody has a good recipe for a moscato...I saw one mention of it in the recipe section that mentioned using juice buckets. I'm not to familiar with using those, wondering if anyone had some tips for that or another recipe altogether. Thanks, Ryan

    How clear?

    Just wondering if there is an easy guideline for how to tell your wine is ready for bottling...I know you never bottle cloudy wine but how clear is clear? See shapes through the carboy or able to read words on the other side? Just want to be sure to not bottle prematurely, thanks for the help...

    Must have been the yeast, followed the instructions above for rehydrating and pitched another packet dry on top for good measure and it's bubbling away finally...thanks for all the help!

    I used roughly 20 cups of sugar, was going by SG primarily...I used old orchard 100% grape concentrate, similar to Welches, no sorbets listed in the ingredients...it's ok to add more yeast though even with 2 packets in?

    Thought I wrote it down but guess I just thought I could look at the second packet...that I also threw out now...it was something like L_-1117 or something if that sounds right? Kept refrigerated, just a packet from the local brew store
