I live in Florida and these are some of the fruits from my trees , well I took these fruits and made a puree of about 2 1/2 gallons and froze it . My question is this ok to do or am I way off the mark.
I searched the forum for a while and after reading some of the posts and replies I new this was the place for me.
I'M 5 day's into my first batch with no clue , but I'm sure I'll get the best help here. Thanks Sal
