There were some green grapes on my clusters this year, and I think the sugar level is low. Can I add sugar (if so, what kind of sugar) to the demijohns that have been fermenting for about 3 weeks?
If I can add, how would I go about doing that?

Growing small vineyard in Israel...this year half of each cluster ripened while the other half (of the same cluster) remained green. What might have caused this, and how might I prevent this next year?
