And I have a bunch of them at home. I got them from Lowe's. How long should I leave it in the bucket and when should I move it to the carboy? Thanks

I noticed that when I put everything in the carboy that there was some foam. Is that a bad thing? Should I have made sure there was no foam in there before capping it?

I started a batch of pineapple wine on last night and I woke up to this volcano. What could I have possibly done wrong and how can I fix this problem? Thanks.

Someone gave me 5 gallons of satsumas, so I started a batch of satsuma wine last night. Anyone make satsuma wine before?
