    Adding Body to a Wine Kit

    Kit - Williams Brewing Zinfandel Kit Aging - Since 10/10/12 Just added another Oak Stick Re-racked 3 times already Feel the wine is missing body, what else can I add? Can I add raisins now? What about adding some other fruit? Possibly adding some Tannins or even syrup.

    Does filtering take the place of Super-Kleer

    Can someone chime in on this, about to filter and bottle for the first time and wanted to know if it's even worth adding the Super-Kleer if I intend to run the wine through a filter? Any other thoughts and comments are greatly appreciated JD

    Tips on retrieving Nylon Bags/CheeseCloth Bags

    Any tips with this? I've seen some say they use fish string but what are you attaching the string to or are you just letting the string float in the wine? I've seen some other suggest using a "Paint bag" that opens from the bottom? Honestly not sure what this is? Any suggestions are...
