Flavor additions to Symphony wine kit
Would anyone know if you could add mango syrup to a wine before racking? I have a Symphony wine kit that I'm stabilizing at this point and it's fair to midling. I'm currently in the middle of a Symphony wine kit and would like to replicate the Island Mist Mango Citrus Symphony that was a huge hit last year. It currently is not in the Island Mist lineup.
