RJ Spagnols How much F pack in Chardonnay?
Next weekend I am going to start a RJS International Series Chardonnay. I seem to remember reading that it is best to not add all of the F pack to make a more dry wine. How much of the F pack should I add? I have heard anywhere from half to all. Any advice is most appreciated. Vintner- Vintner

RJ Spagnols RJS Foaming Issues...Need help...
I just racked two RJS International series after 7 days in the primary into carboys for secondary. (Merlot and Cab. Sav.) The Specific gravity was 1.004 roughly on each. The instructions stated they must be under 1.020. So, all good, right. They were foaming pretty vigorously, but no more...- Vintner
