    Glass of Mead

    Ive made a vanilla saspirella and and a cinnamon saspirella mead. Both epic. The vanilla variant is more of a dinner wine. Made it a bit drier whereas the latter I made sweeter for desert.

    My tattoo artist loves his work. She has done a few on me, all with a fly fishing motif on them. If I could afford having one of the pinups from suicide girls pose for a label I'd do that. Otherwise, something like this will have to do.:HB

    New to here, great forum, wanted to introduce myself and say hello. Been making Metheglin style meads so far. Made one sparkling cinnamon-saspirella mead and a drier vanilla-saspirella mead. Looking at working my way into Pino noir's and sparkling red's.
