I started this one a week ago. Looks like it's going to make around 14% ABV. A bit less than the Super Tuscan but still pretty decent. The colour looks really nice.

From what I can gather from reading this site Spagnols did change their instructions a while back from the 14 day primary to the primary/secondary method. Don't quote me on it, but I think it had something to do with people getting carried away with stirring the wine after the heavy fermentation...
