    I am sure that the wine is wonderful, but the presentation itself deserves a Gold Medal. You guys really did a jam-up job on this one. I would love to know more about how you make those beautiful labels. By the way... you guys make a very nice looking couple.

    cork size

    That's the corker I use and I use #9 corks. It does a good job... you'll be glad you bought that one, although I have heard a floor corker is easier.

    I'll be starting my Blackberry Merlot kit within the next few days. My plan is to add sugar to the primary until the s.g. is about 1.075 to boost the abv a little. I also plan to back-sweeten with simple syrup if necessary. Please keep your progress posted... I'll be watching to pick up some...
