    Itsd a cellar craft 5 week kit. Starting SG was 1.084 ending was .994 Dont know the type of yeast, it was included in the kit.

    Hello all I'm new to the fold. first batch started 4weeks ago Lodi Old vine Zin, I'm up to the step of clarification , the wine smells and tastes very yeasty ? any suggestions or guidance. Will this leave the wine after two weeks of clarification ?
