It was from a concentrate.This started as soon as I began the second ferment.It eventually dropped to the bottom.However when I racked it it stopped working.
I started a batch of Peach wine and it seemed normal during the first fermentation.However when I racked it into a clear gallon jug and placed an airlock on it something strange happened.After about a week I noticed a sponge like layer on the top.I waited a while and little by little it broke up...
