    First batch!

    OK I did it. I started the Winexpert Selection International, Italian Sangiovese. 4 gal concentrait making 6 gal product(wine!) If anybody has segestions/cautions for this wine, I'm all ears. We have followed the direction very closely...so far. patrick

    Degassing with a pump

    I'm new to both this site as well to wine making. I will be starting soon. Question though. A friend mechanically degasses with a vacuum pump prior to bottling.
