I am interested in making a Wine KIT Pinot Grigio. Does anyone have any suggestions of a KIT that is available now? There are a lot of brands out there and I just want to hear a few that someone has recently tried.

Does anyone know the process in PA to be able to sell homemade wine in PA? I am in York County if anyone has any info. I would like to be able to sell at farmers markets and people I know but I can not find any info on a "basement winery". Thanks, Dan Reppe

The instructions say I should have a starting SG of 1.050-1.060 and mine is actually 1.068. Is this going to be a problem? Thanks, Dan R.
