bentonite at start?
I'm a little late to the game here, but I think the nucleation site is for the CO2 bubble to form and not related to boiling the must. Kind of like a Mentos provides nucleation sites for CO2 in a soda. Seems to me the early addition of bentonite could not only help with clearing later, but...- Ecoman44
