Accidentally put beer brite in secondary
Help! I can't find much info on beer bright so I don't know if this batch is lost. In between rackings I accidentally added five 1/4 tsp scoops (1 AND 1/4 TSP) of beer brite instead of Kmeta to a 5 gallon batch. Is this lost or can I salvage it. TIA.- bigswol2

Syrah
Just picked up my Chilean Syrah and it looks like the wild yeast have already gotten started. My local shop was out of Kmeta so how may crushed Campden tablets would I need to get a 6 gallon batch under control before I pitch my selected yeast?- bigswol2
