Hi - I just conducted a titration test on my 2010 Syrah and looks like I have a PH reading of 4.01 and TA .45%. I'd like to raise my TA to 6.5% which is a .20% increase overall. PH/Acid Blend in Must
I've been making wine for several years using juice and this is my first go at grapes. I'm crushing this weekend and have a question on the initial Acidity test from the initial must.
