    Too much air during bottling...shock or oxidized?

    While bottling my RJS Barolo, I used my bottle filler, except for the last couple of bottles. For those, I filled directly from the spigot in my bucket. Lots of air was introduced during this. So, have I ruined these bottles, or do they simply need extra time to get over the bottle shock...

    How much concentrate spillage is acceptable?

    New to this, and I started one 10L kit 2 weeks ago, and a 9L kit tonight. Both times, I ended up spilling some of the concentrate while pouring into the fermentation bucket. Any at all adverse effects to this?! It wasn't a lot :slp, but I thought I'd ask!
