I recently started my strawberry wine and have followed the directions to the letter. The Specific Gravity is supposed to be 1.040 or less after 4-5 days. It is now day 7 and the s.g. is at 1.058, which has risen since it started(1.048). What is going on here and am I doing anything wrong? I...
