I grow my own ginger and am ready to begin my first 5 gal batch. Anyone have experience with a nice recipe? How to's or do not's?
I racked for the second time as fermenting was strong. It has stalled. What have I done??!!
Day 2. Fermenting in a large porcelain pot. Stirring 2x day. 3 gallons worth. Any advice as I proceed? Using a Pasteur champagne yeast.
