E are new wine makers. We made some plum wine from purée earlier this year. We just got a bottle out and the bottle had stuff floating in it. Any ideas what we did wrong? Still tastes like wine but not sure if I want to drink it. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
We have made a green apple Riesling from island mist. It has been everyones favorite. We are now on our second batch. We have added sugar during fermentation to raise up the alcohol content. This would be a wine she would enjoy
Strawberry merlot.
Our first wine was a box kit. Was going to be a merlot but didn't taste like one. Was good but my partner called it red koolaid. Lol
