hello was wondering if you back sweeten the jelly or jam wines to get more flavor out of them . ? and how much if you do .. thanks for any info

wade what are they may i ask the ports i mean .. and have any duplicated vintage port taste ? i have had some that tasted like ruby and some like tawny and then you have the non port ports .. chocolate this and that . , but cant seem to find any that adn replicate the vintage port

i would think that the biggest problem before bottling would be it being cloudy .. so you want it to settle and that will take time and it wil age also . just let it sit make sure the airlock has liquid in it and when you do get some lees in the bottom rack them off .. every couple...
