That day the grocery I went to had zero frozen berries and I didn't want to wait lol. The only thing they had frozen was strawberries so I got those but I'm going to add extract to see what happens.
I used 9 pounds of strawberry and 60 oz of lemon juice, I racked it over to secondary yesterday anything I can do to maybe make it more like this or it is what it is at this point.
I ended up following the dragon's blood recipe but the grocery only had strawberries that day and I was in a hurry so I used that, been fermenting for 6 days gravity was at 1.0020 last night when i checked so getting close. I'll post pics tonight.
I really wanted to try blackberry first, I'm from South Louisiana homemade blackberry wine is in just about every one's cabinet down here I figured I'd have to give it a shot.
