I can't give detailed tasting notes, but I just racked this again on Friday. Fermentation started last October. I really liked it, although it doesn't taste much like Malbecs that I've purchased. Very fruity and enjoyable. I'm going to bottle next weekend.

Hi All, I back-sweetened 3 gallons of my plain old Skeeter Pee and thought I would add a cup of lemon juice to the simple syrup I made to give it a more of a lemon flavor. Well, now my wine is cloudy. Should I use a clearing agent again? Suffer with it? Thanks, Tonya
