I picked 25 lbs of blackberries out of the back pasture, i made 5 lbs into jelly. Does anyone have a good blackberry wine recipe they can recommend.

Hey all, glad to find this place and hope to learn as much as I can. I ordered my vines and am waiting for them to arrive this fall. I have a question about arrangement. I have attached a pic, on it I got labeled, north, wind direction and where I plan on putting the vines. My question is...
