Secondary fermentation and sodium sulphate
Need help guys! I had must for about week in primary. Today I pressed the juice into secondary (about 24 gallons). Should I add sodium sulphate for secondary fermentation or will it kill the yeast? I might add that equipment was sanitized well before pressing the juice, but because of the...- olo1
