    Strawberry wine

    I had a little foam but not much and I had just enough liqiud to fill the 5 gal carboy. I had to add 2 or 3 shot glasses of water, that was all. I am getting ready to start a 5 gal batch of Wineberry wine now. Picked about 15 lbs of them yesterday from around my house.

    Do I need to try and leave all the sediment when I transfer or do I need to take some of the yeast sediment with it to the second carboy. I am using a 6 gal bucket with the spigot at the bottom. Should I attatch a hose to that or let it flow from the spigot?
