    Thank you for the fast and informative replies; I appreciate it. Maybe someone will release a limited edition in the near future. In the meantime I'll see if my local store has that Glad Hatter line. If the price is right I might just make it to check out this summer. Thanks again!

    Which current kit would produce a wine most similar to a dry, Provence-style Rosé? I searched the forums and found that you can skip the back-sweetening (or add it early so it ferments?) to have it finish dry but I'm not sure which currently-available kit would match the flavors best.
