    how much yeast.

    I am making a gallon from welches 100%. My ig was 1110. I am following instructions to leave a napkin rubberbanded to the opening for 12 hours. Then add yeast, activated, not sure how much or how to activate. Is it the same as activating yeast for say pizza dough? Thanks Tom

    clearing

    Hi, I made a small batch of merlot from a kit. Having brewed beer at home I was somewhat familiar with the process. The wine appeared clear prior to bottling, however after bottling it appears somewhat cloudy. After a few days it seems to have cleared up some. Will it continue to clear?

    Hi everyone. I received a polyanna gift of a 30 dollar wine making kit. I have brewed beer in the past but never wine. Anyway I made it and it came out ok. My question is what ingredients, other than wine yeast do I needto bottle a gallon a tme. I would make more but my wife doesn't want...
