Years ago I used red star flor sherry yeast as primary yeast with my blackberry must. I was pleased with it as it was heavy and dark like port and finished nice. Now nobody carries this yeast and I have two five gal buckets of fresh blackberries. I'm not sure about shipping live yeast to south...
