Years ago I used red star flor sherry yeast as primary yeast with my blackberry must. I was pleased with it as it was heavy and dark like port and finished nice. Now nobody carries this yeast and I have two five gal buckets of fresh blackberries. I'm not sure about shipping live yeast to south MS as we are in the high 80's. Any good place to get dry flor sherry 700?
