The calculator is great - thanks. I currently have an acid blend that contains Citric (25%) Malic (25%) and Tartaric (50%) and most definately says 1oz per 6 gallons raises TA .15%. I have 45 USG aging.
I've already gone through MLF so maybe straight Tartaric makes more sense than adding more...
