  • Sorry, the only thing I dont like about this site is that it doesnt opo in your face when message is there so i always forget to look. Yes it is regular table sugar but you can use corn sugar also or even brown sugar but they will tend to give different flavors. Beer is almost always mad with corn sugar and yeast actually have an easier time eating the corn sugar.I would never use fake sugar though for making a wine as it doesnt contain any sugar for the yeast to turn into alc or to sweeten a wine with it as it doesnt stand the test of time too much and will actually break down and give off a bad taste.
