10 small teabags per gallon
I have made several gallons of tea wine, mostly following Jack Keller's recipes. In those recipes the amount of teabags per gallon of finished wine is usually 10 standard size teabags.:fsh
Bottled my 2014 choke cherry wine last week. It came out light and fresh tasting. Sweetened to about 1.002SG. I bulk aged it for almost a year and it was pretty smooth. Hope it continues to improve.
I am down to 1027 SG and its bubbling like crazy. What is warm, I have the thermostat set at 70 degrees. Is that warm enough? At what SG do you like to drink it at. It is a beautiful color before stirring.
Hello everyone I am new to this forum but I find you folks very informative. I am new to winemaking but I do have 11 gallons brewing of a number of different kinds. Can anyone tell me what a Sauterne yeast is? I have access to Lalvin and Red Star Yeasts. thanks for the help
