The wine will clear on it's own given enough time.
It it were mine I would put in in a colder temp say 45 degrees and watch it for a few days to see what happens.
If nothing else is wrong, it will clear.
If you are in a hurry then I would recommend using the cold temp and Super Kleer.
I have made this kit twice and I love it.
I did not use any everclear.
I used Classico Raspberry "di AMORE" Liqueur 750 ML.
i put it in after the last process.
