Key Lime Recipe?
It was the first time I ever seen key limes in the store, and I had just read Jack's recipe so I bought 3 bag's @ 2.99 a bag had some white grape concentrate I got on sale for 1.29 a can and made 3 gallons. So I got pretty lucky at about 5 bucks a gallon. It was the hardest batch I ever made...- dale

Key Lime Recipe?

Banana Wine - Jack Keller
Read on Jack's site, juice of 1 lemon = 1 citric. Don't know how much is in a orange sorry.- dale

Acorn Advice
The green shells probably had a ton of tannin in them, and will take a while to mellow out . Did you keep some oak to make cubes and chips? good luck. dale- dale
