Headspace Eliminatior
Got Steve's (allinonepump guy) headspace eliminator and it works great.
Nice to be able to put his device on my carboy and pull the extra air out by using the allinonepump. Great addition to my wine making equipment.
Keep thinking Steve. You have great ideas and...
As a follow up today I filtered for the very 1st time. Got all the equipment as per the AIO webpage, set it up as suggested, and it worked flawlessly. The Amarone has a beautiful sheen to it. Very happy with the results.
Once again, Steve and AIO come through with flying colors.

Been a while since I've been on here. Had a question for Steve on filtering. So, went on the AIO website and left a message.
Could not have been 5 minutes later and my phone rings. "Hi Bob this is Steve". YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME.
No one has customer service like this. Well,no one except...
Used my allinonewinepump again this past week. I was thinking what a PITA it was degassing and transferring wine before I got the pump.
Also filling the wine bottles has become a breeze too.
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

Wow...got my allinone pump last week. Have done 2 transfers. Setup is easy and the pump works great. How did I ever get along without one?
Nice to do business with a guy that is local (in the US) and if you have any questions, he answers them. Great customer service.
A big 2 thumbs up :br
Hi Wade,Thanks for all your info and time. It really is helpful for those of us new to the hobby. Can you tell me the name of your pump and where you got it? Or maybe I should justbuy the pump system I see advertised on these sites. Any suggestions would be appreciated.Bob
I found the answer on another site and will share
Cellar Craft has a date of manufacture marked on the box and they recommend it be produced within 12 months of the manufacture date.
Look for a small white label with something similar to this: RES#111515 LOT# K01712 SA
The RES# is...
Cellar Craft date code
I have just received a Cellar Craft Sterling Pinot Grigio kit and I have no clue how to read any date code. The only thing I can find on the box (inside or out) is the following:
RES#: 140483
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Bob
Thanks again for all the replies.
GOOD NEWS!
Tried a small sample of the wine tonight and...
it tastes like WINE!!!:db :r :h
Big sigh of relief here!!!!
Bob
Thanks,
I'll try the suggestions. I've followed the instructions to the letter.
But I am retracing my steps along with the instructions and I seem to be all ok. The ONLY problem might be the way I cleaned and sanitized the equipment. I found no exact way to do this with the instructions that...
Doing my 1st batch of wine. White Bourg Royal Blanc.
Doing my 2nd rack where ya add all the chemicals. Tasted the wine and it was rather bitter. Should it taste this way? (tasted before the chems added and stirred)
