I'm making a Chilian Malbec and have realized that when I stablized and cleared I topped off a 6.5 gallon carboy with water (took one bottle of store bought Malbec and 2-2.5 additional bottles of water). Should I attempt to fix this? If so, how? Thanks

Well I hope I didn't just water down my Malbec with 2.5 bottles of water. Glad I used at least one bottle of malbec instead of 3.5 bottles of water.

Everything is looking good so far. I transferred the wine over to the carboy at 1.010. It's been 5 days now and probably won’t get to checking it until day 11 or so. Bought a wine degasser so I don't have to do it manually. Anyways, that's all I have for an update, if anyone was curious.
