non alcohol in sweden they drink it for christmas , some of them are 0 alcohol , other are 2 % or so , they are really tasty and are called Glögg , it is like a sweet wine with a lot of flavours , but they drink it warm

I would like to know what you think is the ideal temperature for storing wine as well as during production (from grape to wine). What is your experience? I am thinking of storing the wine after I have made it in the basement but I am not quite sure what to do , :? thanks so much
