These Renaissance kits are very good and now with the grape pack added makes them especially bold and fruity. The only drawback is the price. I have one Ren Barolo aging and it will be my last along with 3 - 6 gallon carboys of Meg Pinot Noir. I think I have a couple Meg Old Vine Zin aging too...
