never had this much stuff in the bottom of carboys until i made muscadine wine. what can i do with this?

rack the wine off of the sediment and take the sediment and make a skeeter pee!

When doing a wine with fresh grapes there is a lot of sediment. My muscadine drops a lot even after a couple of rackings.
 
That stuff really looks bad, it may make you sick. I think you should rack it and send it to me. I will dispose of it in a proper way. PM me for my mailing address.

All kidding aside, all looks perfectly normal. I would rack it now and then allow the fermentation to finish off before racking again.
 
The sediments are very rich with antioxidants. Dont use chemicals. You can turn the sediments into a healthy sorbet.
