Weird taste after adding sparkolloid

I added some sparkolloid to my 3 gallon of peach and 1 gallon of Muscadine. They cleared very nicely. But when I tasted them today, the taste has changed for the worse. Did I do something wrong or is this normal. It was about 2 weeks ago when I added the sparkolloid.
 
Your wine needs to completely clear then rack off of the sediment, add a pinch of sulfite and age. What you are tasting is the fining agent and other things.
