So many choices... I'm ready to make a Riesling and looking for suggestion. I like the Washington Hills Riesling I bought from Specs, but it's a bit too sweet for me. So looking for something semi dry or even dry I guess. I don't mind spending a little more for a good kit.

Call George and bounce it off him. You can't go wrong with any of the middle or higher end Cellar Craft or Mosti Mondiale kits. There is a mid range CC Riesling on sale right now that might be a good kit for a pretty good price.
