Pike Festival time

Nice I got the weekend off and its time for National Pike Festival, steam shows, yard sales, good food and family time. I'll have an eye out for any type of winemaking supplies. I'm really hoping to score a carboy or 10 super cheap from some yard sales.

I scored 3 five gal mex carboys for $10 a piece. Two are sorta clean but one has a real nice stink to it, my wife was like no way leave it here, I had to stuff the opening plus wrap it in a trash bag.

One guy was selling some old ones, a greenish 12 gallon he said it was from the 60's and wanted $125 and 3 I think they was six gallon but he wanted $75 a piece again said they was from the 60's, way too rich for my blood.

It was a hot one but we had a great time.
