You better go on and get started on getting strawberries in the freezer for wine! Looks like you have a good source for winefruit most of the year. Figs make wonderful wine also! For blackberry wine, try to get the Brazos and the Arapaho, making seperate wines from the 2.

I'd like to be there, sounds great. Here is a link to another PYO site that covers lots of states. Also tells how to make jams and jellies,tells when they think the harvest will be ready in your area; pretty neat site.
