Pear & Pineapple Melomel

I started this melomel on 1/20/10 It was down to 1.000 this morning and is starting to clear.

So how is this one going. It's seeming a bit low in the carboy. Gotta watch out for that O2

It should be OK because of the gases from fermentation.

I started this in the glass jugs so that is the reason for the extra headspace. Shortly after this pic was taken I racked to another gallon jug. I ended up with 1 gallon and a 750 ml bottle full. I'll try and post a pic later today.

I bottled this melomel about a week ago. Finally got around to making some labels.
