Palate training

Still training my palate to recognize body, fruit forward, etc. any suggestions? Wine for dummy's?

I went to a sensory training class last year to help identify different flavors. You'd never guess what they used to help identify. "Jelly Belly" jelly beans. They had them all seperated by flavors and we tasted each one blindly and then identified.

I wonder if I can talk to my local wine store on that type of training?
