I've been making beer off and on since the 90's and was getting in to it pretty heavy and the wife wanted a little wine so I've made a few batches.
I've done fruit wine from my Loquat tree, the wife says it is my best. I've done several kits including a port according to the instructions, and I've made a few cheap kits as a base for fruit wines from the frozen section at Costco.
I've also made about 50 gallons of Dragons Blood in different incantations, my favorite was a three berry blend with lime juice.
